The report assesses the state of play of the application of the Statute for a European Cooperative Society in the 30 EU/EEA Member States pursuing three interconnected aims:
- to map the existing SCEs in EU/EEA;
- to understand the factors affecting the establishment of an SCE;
- to provide a set of recommendations for further policy actions.
